Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed clothing, we do not accept returns for products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or if there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, size, or item). Any items returned must be in the same condition as received with original labels and tags attached. The boxing may be opened, but all packaging must be included.
The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Customized or personalized items (unless defective or damaged)
Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed through the standard invoicing protocols from the original payment.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was sent. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us here
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, Promethean Promotions will cover the return shipping cost.
