You must be approved to order from this Site before an account will be generated and your ability to place an order will be established.
Boxer Property has an appointed representative in the compliance division who reviews and approves/denies requests for accounts on this Site.
During the checkout process, you’ll see an area for a P.O. Number to be entered. This number will allow the invoice to be placed (or payment with personal card/PayPal).
depending on the complexity or size of the order, a standard 2-3 week turnaround is most common.
Most times, yes. There is an additional rush-fee for delivery in less than 2 weeks. These requests are approved on an individual basis. Email service@prometheanpro.com for more information or to begin a rush order.
Simply fill out the online form and if your request is approved, an account will automatically be generated and sent to you.
Yes, Promethean automatically sends the invoice in to Boxer Property to be entered into Yardi. Then you may approve it through normal Yardi procedures.

Email us to obtain a return-authorization code (RA#) before sending anything back. Shipping and restocking fees may apply. See our refunds and returns policy for further info.
Boxer Property has specifically chosen apparel that is approved to be ordered and worn by employees to achieve a uniform appearance, nationwide. Any variations would be on an individual basis and must be requested by the Compliance Director.
